12. Payment

FirstStep AI operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing to the app, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Subscription Fees: You will be charged a recurring monthly subscription fee as specified at the time of purchase. This fee grants you access to the features and services of FirstStep AI during the applicable subscription period.
• Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be the same as your initial subscription fee unless otherwise notified.
• Payment Method: You must provide a valid and up-to-date payment method when subscribing to the app. You authorize FirstStep AI to charge your provided payment method for all subscription fees incurred. If we are unable to process your payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the app until payment is received.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees at any time. If the price changes, we will notify you in advance, and your continued use of the app after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app or the app store platform where the subscription was purchased (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the app until that time. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
